  • Frustration leads passively to inadequate communication.
  • Snap Agression could lead to rare violence.
  • Unresolved issues starts this cycle.
  • Insecure attachment style is caused by childhood abuse.
  • Insecure attachment style will usually lead to some form of violence.
  • Having dealt with this, athletes still perform at the level they do.
  • They do this because their brain is functioned to always make them give their best effort.

  1. I realize that the point that you made is very true and I have seen it in many athletes. Do you feel that the frustration can affect athletes for the better by increasing their performance.

  2. You made some good points here by saying that frustration and an unatural flow of engery affects how we communicate throughout our lives. I agree with them because whenever I am mad or frustrated with ours, situations usually become more tense due to an uneven flow of energy in your bodys cycle.

  3. You made some good points here such as how frustration doesn't affect how athletes perform. I agree with this because whenever I play a sport and I become mad at someone for acting in this certain way. I become very mad at that person and that frustration makes me perform better.
